Gilbert Gouverneur (Business Development Director)
 Gilbert Gouverneur (1970) is a Business Development Director and co-founder of Ecopower International. He is responsible for the business development, technical and economical development, financial modeling of renewable energy projects, as well as asset management. Mr. Gouverneur was born and currently resides on Curacao the Dutch Caribbean.
Mr. Gouverneur has 10 years of experience in the field of new business development and renewable energy with a specialization in Seawater air-conditioning, Wind and Solar thermal project development (incl. technical/economical analyses and financial engineering). He furthermore has experience in Long Term Energy Planning for islands and energy/water efficiency management for buildings. Read more.....
Gijsbert van Doorn (Financial Director)
 Gijsbert van Doorn (1963) is Financial Director and co-founder of Ecopower International. Mr. van Doorn supervises all financial activities. He resides in Curacao (Dutch Caribbean).
He has served on various Executive Boards and has over 25 years of international management experience in the financial services industry, with extensive exposure to mergers & acquisitions and the financing thereof. He is a member of the Boards of Supervisory Directors of N.V. Willemstad Stadsherstel, a private corporation dedicated to the restoration and commercial exploitation of monumental buildings in Willemstad. Read more.....
Humphrey Gouverneur (Advisor and Supervisory Board Member)
 Humphrey Gouverneur (1950) is an Advisor and Supervisory Board Member of Ecopower International. Mr. Gouverneur supervises all project development activities. He currently resides in Curacao (Dutch Caribbean).
He has 33 years of experience in seawater desalination and power production in all its phases. Mr. Gouverneur is a member of the “Koninklijk Instituut van Ingenieurs (KIVI)” and is the founder and first elected President of the Caribbean Desalination Association (CaribDA), He has also served as a Director of the International Desalination Association (IDA) from 2008 up to 2010.
