| The Ecopower associates: Gilbert Gouverneur (Business Development and Director)  Gilbert Gouverneur (1970) is a Business Development Director and co-founder of Ecopower International. Mr. Gouverneur has over 25 years of experience in the field of new business development and renewable energy with a specialization in District Cooling (incl. Deep seawater air-conditioning), Storage, Wind, Solar thermal project development (incl. technical/economical analyses and financial engineering). He furthermore has experience in long energy planning for islands and energy/water efficiency management for buildings. Theo Lendering (Project Development and Construction Offshore) 
Theo Lendering is Construction Director Offshore within Ecopower International. He he hase more than 30 years of experience regional Dredging and Marine Contractors activities as Branch Manager and Regional Manager Caribbean, northern part of South America and Central America. He is responsible for Offshore engineering, procurement and construction management.
Humphrey Gouverneur(Advisor to the Board)  Humphrey Gouverneur (1950) is an Advisor to the Board. He has over 30 years of experience in seawater desalination and power production in all its phases. Mr. Gouverneur is a member of the “Koninklijk Instituut van Ingenieurs (KIVI)” and is the founder and first elected President of the Caribbean Desalination Association (CaribDA), He has also served as a Director of the International Desalination Association (IDA) from 2008 up to 2010. Anthony Richardson (Senior Project Operations Manager) Anthony Richardson (1968) is an experienced manager, project manager and change agent. His responsibilities within Ecopower International include setting up and managing the organization for operating larger projects. He has a career in banking (ABN AMRO Bank) and consulting (Deloitte) and he is co-founded the consultancy firm Coach Caribbean. For Coach Caribbean, and as an independent advisor, Richardson has been active as interim manager for different organizations and is a member of the board with various organizations, both corporate, governmental and social. Jan Burgers (Project Development lawyer) Jan Burgers (1962) is the Project Development lawyer within of Ecopower International. He is responsible for the legal side of the contracting of among others the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Power supply (cooling purchase and power purchase agreements). Mr Burgers has extensive know how of construction related contracting and was involved in the legal part of the contracting for the Sea water Air-conditioning on Curacao and the Bonaire wind-diesel projects.
